Every step is taken care of from viewings to contract, our team of professionals takes care of everything. As mentioned above rent and damage cover are included, you also benefit from a 6 month rent guarantee and £5,000 damage cover. Never miss a rent payment again, you will receive rent on time every month—even if your tenant is late.

The services that we now offer to Landlords and property owners are to list and promote your property to rent or sale on our partners websites, free professional photos, 3D tour and floorplan, hosting viewings, negotiations and paperwork (referencing, etc) and ultimately finding a new tenant to rent the property. For the landlord there are no fixed fees, no onerous clauses or fixed contracts. The one and only charge is a success fee once we find a new tenant at a rate of 8% + VAT or 14% +VAT for finding a new tenant + ongoing full tenancy management.

In addition, we can also list your property for sale and find a buyer for a 2% commission success fee!
